Barre Sculpt

If you are looking to build long, lean muscle with ballet based movement this is the class for you!! Define & strength in this unique & challenging workout that targets your abs, butt, & thighs. This intense fusion of sculpting & ballet-based exercises will change the way your body looks -- Longer, Leaner & Stronger.

Core Calorie Crush

This class combines short bursts of high intensity cardio exercises that will burn enormous amounts of calories, in conjunction with full body functional exercises that focus on your core. This class will incorporate bodyweight exercises, dumb bells, stability ball, medicine ball, and a variety of other equipment from time to time. Every class is different! Come ready to work hard and see amazing results!

Indoor cycling is an excellent way to reproduce the feel of biking without going outdoors. Classes use visual imagery, energy zones, and heart rate training methods to motivate you for a great workout, along with inspiring music!

Les Mills BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.  Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for- and fast!

Pilates Barre

Barre inspired, classical Pilates movements are brought to an upright position.  Pilates is combined with balance and upper body strength training using a balance barre, resistance bands and fit-ball.  This fusion class will provide a full body workout intended to strengthen, lengthen and tone muscles while improving posture and breath control.  Class is practiced barefoot or with floor grip socks.  Some mat floor work.

Total Body Circuit Blast

A “circuit” of exercises designed to target strength building and muscular endurance.  This class will incorporate sleds, battle ropes, slam balls, kettle bells, suspension training and much more for a fun and highly effective routine.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga targets joints and connective tissue that time, the effects of gravity and various activities, becomes tight, hard, and even immobile. Yin postures invite gentle pressure and long hold to safely stimulate the joints and ligaments in our bodies to improve with strength, mobility and hydration. Being present with what is, stillness and surrender create the journey.

Zumba

Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away.  The routines feature interval training sessions where fast & slow rhythms & resistance training are combined to tone & sculpt your body while burning fat. Come join the party!
